If the customer cannot get the ignitor to light the unit (customer has gas flow and needs to light the fire pit with a lighter or match) and the customer has already checked for loose wiring and the battery per the assembly manual, the product management team has advised adjusting the thermocouple to make sure it's tight. Video demonstration on how the adjust the thermocouple attached.
If the troubleshooting solution does not resolve the customer's issue, next step is to replace the thermocouple, gas valve, and regulator.
